How much is the service?

The discounted group price for those in fraternities, sororities, and Granville Towers is $465/semester for weekly service with free pick-up and drop-off. (Price is pro-rated if you sign up after the first week of the semester.) Just add us to your dues! Contact us at 07-3160-6835 or mylaundryqueen.com for special pricing. We also have a large bag option for athletes or those that go through more clothes in a week.

What are acceptable forms of payment?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), Paypal, cash and checks. 

 

When do you pick up and deliver?
Pick-up and delivery times are set to accommodate your schedule. Depending on your location, pick-ups occur on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with clean clothes delivered back 48 hours later.

Where do you pick up and deliver?
Currently, we often pick up from your porch or from inside the door with the security code.

 

How often do you pick up and deliver?
We offer both weekly and every other week options. Typical individuals can fill up the laundry bag each week. We also offer service every other week for customers who don’t go through quite as many clothes.
